We've created Teams channels to receive notifications in Teams, but we're encountering an issue where empty emails are being generated. To address this problem, we discovered that deactivating the notification channel in a user's profile prevents the generation of empty emails for that specific user.
However, our goal is to deactivate email notifications for all users, and attempting to do so by deactivating the "send emails" option in the "cmn_notif_message" table doesn't seem to be effective.
Is there an alternative method or setting we can use to deactivate email notifications for all users?
