Default Knowledge base selection on service portal based on Current user region

I have a requirement which says - On the service portal users should see their respective Knowledge Base as the default selection when they access the Knowledge Page on the Portal. NA users will see their particular knowledge base and the same with APAC and LATAM. Users with no region will see a default knowledge base.

 

Can anybody what script to use to achieve this using server side script in widget editor ?

What are you using to show knowledge? Are you using the Knowledge Portal, or do you have it directly on SP?
