Good afternoon, when a Fulfiller has a task waiting, approval request for example for a knowledge article recently written, they see it on the ESC landing page, but details are very minimal. (see attached example) They have the option to approve it from there but there is not much to go on as to what they are approving. Then they have to go to the Knowledge workspace or their back-end dashboard to see it. Is there a way to give more details in the task in ESC Pro?
