Device42 to ServiceNow CMDB integration?

Hi Team, 

I need to integrate Device42 to ServiceNow CMDB, Can you please suggest on this step by step process. 

I have gone through below link, is this enough, While doing changes on this application do I need to select Scope Device4. Is Device42 API free ?
