It's not clear in the Product Documentation.
They give examples but not a clear definition.
Perhaps flag that up in Docs, see if you get any response from there. I flagged it up some time back but heard nothing back, so hopefully you'll get more than I do.

Unfortunately much content for training and exams is based on the docs, so if documentation is unclear then that vagueness populates through. I've seen paragraphs copied verbatim from docs appear in training materials (typos and ambiguity included).
