Hi Srikantan,
Please get in contact with the Sales Manager and/or Solution Consultant assigned to your company. They can help provide any information like this.
Best place to get started learning about our Automation capabilities would be the wiki here: Orchestration - ServiceNow Wiki
Note: We now generally call our Automation "Orchestration". Orchestration is a broader definition that includes IT Automation, Discovery, and any external automated services as well.

We're currently using CA PAM and ServiceNow and there isn't a big difference between what they can ultimately do in my opinion. ServiceNow Orchestration can do most of what I've seen PAM do, but ServiceNow can provide more of a complete picture to your business at the end of the day.
An example is if you're Orchestrating VM provisioning. You could trigger it all in ServiceNow, create the Change, kick off the provisioning, and update the CI at the back end. With CA PAM you can kick off the Orchestration, but the full circle would be lost without integrations to ServiceNow which just adds complexity to the solution.
