Hi,
I need to create a notification that contains a different message based on the recipients.
In particular, "opend by" and "requested for" belongs to two different companies so i need to send them a different link to the ticket.

Hello @Giulio Frezza,
the best way to achieve this in my opinion would be to create two notifications but with the same trigger conditions.
Then one of them will be send to the "opend by" and the other one will be send to the "requested for". This way you can have different content for both recipients. From my experience, in the future there might be more requirements coming such as: can we also have different images in the emails, different greetings etc.
Having an individual notification for the different recipients is therefore typically the best approach in my opinion
I hope this helped. If yes, I would appreciate if you could mark this answer as "correct solution". Thank you!
Greetings,
Sören
