Disable dark theme on html field in TinyMCE

We are implementing SNow ITSM, and we have noticed that editing KB articles in Dark Mode is suboptimal. I can see how to remove the theme toggle, but is there a way to lock that field into light mode for editing, including the tinyMCE toolbar?

@Dr Atul G- LNG , As I said, I already found how to remove the theme toggle, I wanted to know if there was a way to have that field display in the toggled "light mode" by default even if the user is in dark mode.

You can check in the User Preferences table.

Or a user can go to User Preferences and check like this.
