How to check which scripts is running

Hi,

I am having a record producer, when I submit it, incident record gets created and the assignment group is getting set automatically. There is no configuration or script I found in record producer.

There might be some BR which is responsible for setting the assignment group. I am not able to see any such BR or Script responsible to set the assignment group

Is there any way where we can check which all scripts ran once the record producer is submitted??

Thanks in advance 😃

Hi @mounika7675

You can try using script tracer. Start script tracer and then submit the record producer and then stop. (search for script tracer in application navigator)

You can also look for assignment rules in application navigator.

If my response help then do “accept the solution”

Hi @mounika7675

In this case, you can check the Assignment Rule / Data lookup or the On-Call Schedule. Also, verify if you are setting any group directly in the RP code itself.

@Dr Atul G- LNG @Rohit Singh

Can we leverage the assignment rules for the record producer as well ??

How record producer can be leveraged for record producer

I thought with record producer we can't leverage assignment rules

Hi @mounika7675

We can see that RP is an interface, but at the end, the incident gets created in Native View, where the assignment rule works. Give it a try and share your feedback.
