Disable MFA for one user account

Hello folks, I have requirement to remove(disable) MFA for a single user account. any possible ways to achieve this. I have tried with making MFA column false on sys_user table with no use.

This is old post but in case someone look for solution for this..

I manage to find this KB article updated on Oct.23 2025. 

There is out of box group called MFA exempt user group. adding the user to this group accomplished this for me.
