Disable the functionality to perform batch approval

Given that: I’m a ITIL users with multiple knowledge article approvals sent to me

When: I go to “My approval” list

          Check the checkbox in front of approval records

          Click on “actions on selected rows” on the bottom

Then: I can NOT see "Approve" option there

How to hide the approve option? is it possible to hide?

the user is having approval role thats why the approve and reject options are visible.

Is it not grayed out already? If not, try checking for UI Action table for UI Action named Approval and then corresponding table. All that is needed is to ensure the List choice option for the UI Action.

If you hide the ui action, please add the ui action visibility to that approve ui action
