Given that: I’m a ITIL users with multiple knowledge article approvals sent to me
When: I go to “My approval” list
Check the checkbox in front of approval records
Click on “actions on selected rows” on the bottom
Then: I can NOT see "Approve" option there
How to hide the approve option? is it possible to hide?
