Hi Team,
I am not able to see any users in Add Participants when we click on Discuss button for side bar discussions.PFB the screenshot.
Please let me know if any settings needs to be done as this is not used in our instance.

on page https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/tokyo-servicenow-platform/page/administer/conversational-interfaces/task/using-sidebar.html you can read:
Add participants - if an assignment group was entered for this case/interaction/incident, this field is pre-populated with the members of the assignment group. You can also manually enter the participants you would like to include in the discussion. For more information, see Configuring Sidebar member query.
So either you have no assignment group populated in the underlying record or you still have to define member queries.
