Hi, I have a requirement wherein the client wants to show on a separate related list all of the Affected Business Applications based on all the Affected CIs lists.
I am a noob about CMDB, so a little hand is greatly appreciated.
From my check, I know that there is an existing table for Impacted Business Applications (task_cmdb_ci_business_app) that I think can be maximized. However, how to implement is where I am at a loss.
