Display image file name for attachment in activity log instead of image

Is it possible to minimize image attachment in activity log instead of having the image take up lot of space in activity log.

I think the only option you have is to remove attachment from the activity filter.  To do this click on the funnel next to the activity and scroll down the bottom and choose Configure available fields and remove attachments from the available list.

Hi Brian - we do want to see the history of when the image or file was attached to the incident so we did choose attachments in available fields. 

Issue is that if the image is large it takes up a lot of space in the activity log and also whenever email replys to the incident, it adds signature logo as a new attachment in the log. we want to avoid it taking up so much space in the activity log or keep attaching same signature logo while tracking when other images/files were attached. 

Is there a better way to track attachment history?

Unfortunately as far as I know the activity is handled by a file that sits on the server and we do not have access to modify it.

Ok.  Do you see any other way to see when attachments were added to the incident?
