hello @JinkaH ,

Have you check is there any role specify for edit :

Also once try by clicking on Enable Edit ui action in top banner .

I had tried the same solutions as you all provided but didnt work 
Still iam unable to view EDIT UI action in u_category (table ) in related LIST
