I am using Ask For Approval in Flow Designer and generating approval rules dynamically.
Rule:
ApprovesAllU[ac03166ddbd91010f2cb273a13961991,7e1b11b11bc91514ef11c88b234bcbde]&AnyU[f88cd49093ad7a5817f9f14efaba1029,c835850d1bf9c5d080af64ab234bcba7]OrRejectsAnyU[ac03166ddbd91010f2cb273a13961991,7e1b11b11bc91514ef11c88b234bcbde]
Requirement:
- AND Group: all users must approve
- OR Group: any one user can approve
- Any configured approver can reject
- When a one user from OR approval occurs, all remaining approvals should become "No Longer Required"
Issue:
- Approval records are created correctly.
- Approval/rejection logic works.
- However, when one approver approves, the remaining approval records in OR stay in Requested state and do not automatically move to No Longer Required.I want all users in the AND group to approve, and any one user in the OR group to approve. Any user from any group can reject. However, when one user from the OR group approves, the remaining users in that OR group are not being marked as No Longer Required and remain in the Requested state.

When using approval rules such as ApprovesAllU[user1,user2]&AnyU[user3,user4], once one user from the AnyU group approves, should the remaining approvals in that group automatically move to No Longer Required, or do they remain Requested until the entire approval activity is completed?
