@Abhay Raj No, setting up email notification does not come under customisation. A new email notification is nothing but a new record in sysevent_email_action table. Hi there,
There's not really one good answer. There are a lot of different opinions on what is configuration and what is customization. It's more like: what is your definition, and what is your thought behind it? Also customization does not have to be a bad thing, it can be a very good thing also for for example performance/technical depth/manageability/security reasons etcetera.
If you are creating a new email notification, you are creating a custom one 🙂 Does that immediately make it a customization? Or is that a bad thing? Doesn't have to be.
