Hi all,
I would like to understand how and when the due date for an incident is set. I've been creating incidents in a sandbox, trying to find a pattern on when a due date is set but every try is a dead end:
* please ignore the name, I typed that to avoid showing sensitive information.
Once the incident is created, in the table showing active incidents I can't see a due date defined:
Could you please help me to find out the logic beneath due date assignment?

Hi Nick,
I believe it is not a field that everyone use/it is not a must use field. If you hover onto the field, you will see 'Expected date on assigned to'. It says that due date is a date that the assignee should fill manually. So, try filling this field manually and save the record and goto list view to check if it is filled or not. It will show the selected date for sure.
