Dynamic form view Creation

hello team,

Im looking for the feasibility for creation of dynamic form view.

eg., if any record is created in table A, new form view should be created for incident table with all the fields available. this should be robust such as in future if any new field is added to incident table, then form view should get updated.

Looking for your thoughts on this.
