dynamically send scheduled report with attachment to the requested by column from the report result?

Hi All,
I have created a report on change_request table and added Requested by as column
I have created a scheduled report and provide one DL to send an email
mentioned attachment type as PDF

Currently scheduled report is running and sending the PDF attachment to the provided DL
but the customer want to send dynamic email to the "requested by" user email with PDF attachment

Can anyone help me with the scheduled script to send PDF attachment dynamically to the requested by users

you will have to identify the table sysId in sys_attachment and determine the PDF

Then somehow use eventQueue() based approach but how will you know which Requested by to pick to send email?
