E-sign on RITM with multiple signatures needed

Hi,

Has anybody experience implementing com.snc.esign  (E-signature) on RITM with two documents needed to be signed from the requester?

Example Flow:

1. User submitted a catalog item

2. SCTASK 1 generated and started working and fulfillment and before closure ask user to sign a document.

3. SCTASK 2 generated and started working and fulfillment and before closure ask user to sign a document.

Note: User might not have access to SCTASK because they might not have any roles. So creating a SCTASK and assigned to user is not possible.

Has anyone experience this scenario?

Thanks,

Tads

Hello @Tadz,

To implement e-signatures on a Requested Item (RITM) with multiple signatures needed in ServiceNow, you'll need to use the e-signature plugin and configure document templates and tasks accordingly. This will involve creating or utilizing existing document templates with multiple signature fields, and then associating those templates with specific RITM catalog tasks for each signer.

If this is helpful, please hit the thumbs up button and accept the correct solution by referring to this solution in future it will be helpful to them.

Hi Abbas, yeah I already performed those steps.
The signature template was on sc_request. However our use case is every before task closure we will ask for the user's signature. And by default when the user signed the document the record gets automatically closed.
