Each Addtional Comments sends a new email for RITM record.

I have a requirement that whenever I add additional comments for an RITM record, each comment should send each email every time.

Any help is appreciated.

where are you stuck?

there are lot of OOTBs notifications which send email on comment change

so what's the debugging you did from your side?

who is the recipient of that email?

those users are active, not locked out have notification preference enabled?

So there is an OOTB notification called "Comment left on request." I think this is the notification that is supposed to be working, but I am unable to receive the email.
