Notification on request "Comment left on request"

Hello! Can anyone know how to test this OOB notification because it doesn't sent notifications emails when we add a comment on RITM. i made changes on the condition : "when to send" but anything is happend

you have advanced condition as well.

are you sure it got satisfied?

who is the recipient?

Is that recipient

a) active and not locked out

b) has email field populated

c) has notification preference enabled on user profile?

@Ankur Bawiskar  i test with my admin account and everuthings seems correct but it doesn't send mails

did you check the RITM->Request->Requested for is passing the notification advanced condition script?
