Why email logs getting deleted Automatticaly?
whenever a ticket is created i wanted to know whether a notification is triggered to a user or not.
i cant able to find the logs befor 30 days (Ticket created before 30 days) in system logs>email.
what is the validity time for the system logs > email ?
if we able to find, how to find those logs for tickets created before 30 days ?

Hi,
Email logs remain in the system for longer period.
You have to check the archive rules/destroy rules on "sys_email" or any custom configuration.

As per ServiceNow documentation:-
So now the above is true for OOB configuration. You will have to check the configuration on your instance. For that go to Archive rules and Archive destroy rules:-
And then check for sys_email:-
There you will find the condition which you can change if required:-
