Hello All,
We have a requirement in which we have to integrate two ServiceNow Instances by using Ebonding Integration by using Flow Designer and REST Message.
When an Incident is created from the Source instance it should create a Case (CSM) in the Destination instance.
We do not have access to the Source instance and we need to implement this scenario by configuring the configuration on the destination instance. However, we have the connections created on the Source instance.
Appreciate your help.
@Deepak79 @Ankur Bawiskar @umaaggarwal Any thoughts on this would be appreciated. .
Thank you..!!

so when incident is created in source, case should get created in target
Then what's the issue here?
When you are consuming target instance API endpoint send the details from INC of source instance which you want to be populated in Case

You can also explore on Ebonding Spoke with less scripting
Refer the below link which has the approach with example shared by me.

Am I able to sync knowledge bases? I need to be able to search one knowledge base from another instance and visa versa
