ECB Exchange Rate Schedule Job

Hi All,

There is one table fx_rate in service now which stores currency rates. As  per the service now documentation, there is one schedule job ECB Exchange Rate which updates fx_rate table daily. When I go in scheduled job list view, I could not find any job with this name.

I would like to know where I can see this job . I would also want to know sometimes why this job didn't update the table e.g. for one specific date?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks,

Tara Singh

On my instance it has a message that it is replaced by 'Update Currency Conversion Rates' job, but I upgraded to Zurich over the weekend, so it could be a Zurich thing. You should be able to find it through this:

Looks to be Yokohama Patch 6 thing. It was updated when we upgraded from Yokohama patch 4 to 6(Still trying to confirm with ServiceNow)

@Nikhil Bajaj9 that page is now referring a job that has been replaced with Update Currency Conversion Rates. So from my perspective, the page content is out of date
