I can't edit multiple records on the field from another table:

how to unlock that ?

This is expected behavior. Refer to this KB => KB0820863

You can simply go to the referencing table, and proceed the multiple updates from that then.

I mean the table that the field Issue details [u_issue_details_new] belonging to.

I can see the technical name is "u_task.u_issue_details_new" so most probably it's the Task [task] table.

Just double check the field named u_task, you will know the referencing table.
