Edit option for adding members to group is not working for user

Hi All

When the below user is  trying to add a member to this group showing below message "Action not authorized"

why so how we can rectify this? and group type is security

I have 2 custom role for the demo client administration? So what's the solution? Is this is happening because of this?

Navigate to "sys_user_role" table. you can see that field over there.

Check ACLs on Group membership table(sys_user_grmember).

OOB user_admin role has the capability to update the list
