Email not getting triggered

Hi ,

 

The user is not receiving email notifications when an email is triggered. Upon checking the logs, the email state is showing as "ignored" and the type is displayed as "send ignored" (refer to the attached screenshot for reference).

 

Requesting your assistance in identifying and resolving the issue.

Checked VPN, notification preferences, email notification primary device, outlook rules as well 

 

Still no luck. 

 

I've noticed that when I tag a user under an incident using the @ mention and select the user from the suggestion list, no notification is triggered. Additionally, there's no record of the notification in the email logs.

You will want to make sure you have the notification for Activity stream @Mention email in your instance and that it is active.

Its active already but still no luck
