How to reolve the issue where i am getting recipient no found

Have you looked at the notification configuration - this should give you an indication.

Usually happens when there is not a valid email/ sys_user record. 

To test - There is a property glide.email.test_group 
Send all email to this test email address

is populated in a non-prod instance to see if the emails are being generated correctly.
