I just started with the ServiceNow university and completed the SNAF course. I am doing the labs now and it is taking a lot of time. Once I am done with labs, I mean to do the capstone project. I am aware that the instance will terminate in some time. How can I keep practicing till I am fully confident? Can I request more instances and redo the additional practice etc?

Hi @AnasuyaRampall ,
The only instance that you can keep is your PDI requested through https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do. All instances that are requested through learninglabs are not to keep.

Hello @AnasuyaRampall
You can request an expiry extension for the same instance.
If your current instance has already expired, you may also request a new one.
Hope this helps!

Thank you. I will request a developer instance shortly. Will help me seal the learning and prepare for a possible certification.
