Hi everyone!
I have added an additional question to Notification
Requirement
Two notifications that start at the same time with the same receivers are differentiated by weight so that one notification should start rather than both, but if a user in a recipient group has turned off the notification of one of them they both keep starting.
How can I fix that?
Can someone please help?
Thank you,
Antonio

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar ,
These 2 Notifications don't have the same content.
For example, one of them is for notify Work Notes and the other is for notify Assignment Group

ensure both the notifications have different conditions.

In other words, an user of one of these groups has the preference of notifications set to 'False' for one of these notifications, so the recipients are different and maybe for this SN send both emails.
I can't merge the notifications because they have different purposes, so how can i resolve this issue?
Regards,
Antonio
