Can you please check below and respond:
- Watchlist in RITM is populated as expected from the list collector variable
- Check email logs to see the recipients include other users but just not the watchlist users

Watchlist in RITM is populated and recipients of the email log has both "requested for" and "watchlist" users...
But the email is not triggering only once... but not for watchlist user

If email log recipients shows both requested for and watchlist then it worked as expected. what is the issue here?
Can you share the screenshot for email log record with recepients.

may be by the time the notification triggers the RITM watch list is not yet populated
Hence it's not picking the watch list.
I will suggest to use gs.eventQueue() based approach
