Reporting on Survey Results

Hi,

 

I want to create reports for survey results and show a specific report range particular to HR Cases. I tried using asmt_metric_result table but I could not create report range as OOB ranges are already defined in ServiceNow. So i created the report on "asmt_assessment_instance_question" table and added report ranges. 

 

Can we use "asmt_assessment_instance_question" for reporting survey results. Do we have any challenges if we use this.

Yes, you can use Assessment Instance Question table to report on survey results.

We are using the same and it's working fine.

Suppose a particular survey is trigger for different catalog item and i want to create a report for each separate item .I am able to create a report but including all the item.
Can you please help on this?

Yes, for which item the user have filled the survey.
Is tgere any way to separate it using item name?
