Email notifications

Hi Experts,

 

I am trying to send the notification to the caller when the problem priority got changed,

for that i have created 1.New event in event registry 2.Business rule 3.New notification.

but notification are not triggered while priority changed.

please find the attachments.

 

Please help me why its not working

Is the event name correct? Also did you try this inflow designer, which is low code.
