Email send ignored

Hi all, in my PDI even if I added receipent. Email sending and enabling also activated.But still it is in send ignored state. I attached the files.

Plz chk is that user has valid email address or not ,

 

Also email will not work in pdi.

Please setup the SMTP and Pop3 accounts in pdi

Innthis post you will get both accounts settings on Gmail.

I already added the accounts, attached the screen shot please refer it. But still it is showing send ignored
