Hello Everyone,
Finally I found out something for our PDI to send email through our personal Gmail account.
Current Situation : by Default , User can't able to send email from PDI as ServiceNow removed the email accounts which was there.
Solution : Configure a custom Email Account using your personal Gmail account.
Step 1 : Go to your Gmail and enable 2FactorAuthentication ( 2FA - 2 Step Verification ).
Step 2 : Once you enable the 2FA in your Gmail , using below link Generate a password from https://security.google.com/settings/security/apppasswords .
You can create a new APP and generate .
You will get a An App Password which is of 16-digit passcode.
Step 3 : Come to ServiceNow Email Accounts and Create New one like below
PS : In password column , you have to enter the 16 digit key which you got from Step 2.
and SAVE .
Before make it active you need to test the connection using Related Link.
if connection is Successful , make this email account ready and Try sending some emails from your log.

Hi,
I didnt understand it completely. Do we need to make a new gmail account or use our personal account in order to facilitate this? I am intrigued about this solution and would like to get clarified.
Thanks and regards,
Ehab Pilloor
