Emails going to employee center, I want them to be tailored towards service portal

Hello,

 

Ever since the company implemented ServiceNow we get these emails that have a great look to them so that's what we rely on. Problem is, is that we use the Service Portal and not Employee center. When we click "View Request" it takes us to the request but in the employee center. Is there a way to alter the URLs embedded to give us the request but through the service portal?

Hi

Navigate to sys_properties.LIST

Update service portal sys_id to this property "sn_ex_emp_fd.ex.email.redirection.portal.sysId"

By default it is set esc portal sys_id
