SLA schedule including public holidays and weekends

Hi all,

I am trying to configure SLA schedule to run on Weekdays 7-8 and Weekends & public holidays 9-5. Not sure if this configuration is correct or not. Appreciate if someone can advise on this below schedule.

How can it be excluded ? I want to run the SLA schedule for public holidays for specific time.

Hi @Herin 

Not sure if I understand correctly. All you need is to run schedule for public holiday from 9-5 & then for weekdays & weekend it should be 7-8

In that case no need to add child schedules you can include it under usual schedule entries.

No need to select Type. You can leave it empty as there is no need to select type as Excluded or so.
