Emergency Change Request - New to Authorize jumping to Scheduled

Hi!

I have a company OOB instance, the story is to configure some features to Emergency Changes, the problem comes when i try to make an Emergency change Lifecycle OOB.

1. I select to Create a New Emergency Change, then I complete the fields as expected, Assignment Group, etc.

When I save the record then the UI Action 'Request Approval' appears as expected.

Problem: When I select the Request Approval it goes through Authorize but jumps inmediately to Scheduled state, no state models configured, just things that are obb like Flow.

What should I do? What makes this jump? I tryed in a developers instance and it follows the correct way, New Authorize (CAB approval)...

Thank you!

I followed your steps and look into more deeply, I found that all the members of the group were Locked Out/Inactive.

About the plugin, yep! The browser where I works is Ghost, yuo can have about 5 free different sessions, and I installed in the browser the SN Utils plugin.

So for now this is solved! Thank you James and greetings from Mexico City.

Hi @Daniel142,

If it's in an OOB state, it should generate approval for a group called CAB Approval.

But it could be there are no members in the group and it's skipping the approval process.

Find the 'CAB Approval' group in the [sys_user_group] table and see if it has any members.

Cheers

CAB Approval group has 6 members and approver_user role

huh, okay. Does the Flow actually run?

Can you open up the Flow Designer, select the Operations tab, and select the Flows button.

See if there are any records of Change - Emergency - Authorize.

On a side note, are you some sort of a browser plugin? I can see all the buttons/fields have round edges in your screenshot.
