Employee Center: Child Topics not being shown in dropdown, when language is translated

In the employee center, when language is English, the main topics and its child topics are shown as expected.

But once language is switched to e.g.: Arabic, (all the topics are translated and available in translated text), only the main topic is shown and drop down does not show any child topics.

A Reliable Workaround Test

Do one thing, to bypass the current structure rule completely and verify if the menu engine itself is failing:

1. Temporarily create a brand-new Child Topic directly inside the Arabic session interface.

2. Link one Catalog Item to it.

3. If this native Arabic child topic instantly shows up in your menu dropdown, it confirms that your original child topic has a data structural mismatch in its backend translation table entries rather than a functional portal error.
