empty multirow variable

Hi All,

i have a catalogue item which contains a multirow field type. this multirow field contains 2 columns.

after i submit the request via service portal, i inspect the ritm and the multirow variable is empty.

why?  is there anything alse i should do?

Hi there,

Are you experiencing this on all your MRVS? Or just this one?

If all, are you using the out-of-the-box SC Catalog Item widget or an older cloned version? Older cloned versions (pre-London) don't support MRVS.

I experienced the same symptoms, but found another cause to be the issue on our side.
I had a Catalog UI Policy set on Item level, clearing the value of the multi row variable on the requested item after being submitted. I did not expect it to clear the values when I was submitting the form, but as soon as I deactivated the clearing of the values, it worked as expected.
