Encrypt Attachment in Service Portal without Dialog box for user input

Hi All,Is there any way to hide this conform box while user attach a doc in service portal.

Created Encryption Context and with that created a role and given to a user. Using the same user i want to attach a document in service portal.

User is having encryption role and we want to hide this box as above image, but I haven't found any UI page or script related to this. Please assist me.
