End users are not able to see Additional Comments Field

Hi Team,

 

End users are not able to the additional comments field. In form layout, additional comments field is selected.

Hi Sriram,

 

 

Can you check below.

1. ACL of type write for 'Additional comments' field for the table where users are not able to see the Additional comments field.

2. Also, make sure you look for client scripts, UI Policies as there is a possibility that the tickets you would be looking at would be closed & thus there may be Client Script or UI Policy doing the same.

Hi Sriram,

May I know if you are talking about Incident form and is it a additional comment or worknote? If it's worknote the users won't be able to see it.

Hi,

Did you check any existing task.comments or incident.comments READ ACL is blocking the end users.

If not then create new field level READ ACL on incident.comments for this
