End users are not able to see Additional Comments Field

End users are not able to the additional comments field. In form layout, additional comments field is selected.

How to know which ACL is blocking?

Hi Sriram,

as an admin enable debug security rules from left nav

then impersonate with that user and open the record; you can see which ACLs are working on which field; I just clicked the icon and it showed 3 ACLs for comments field

I my case Additional Comments field is not visible on form.

 Then how can i debug.

Is that field available on the view which user is seeing? Did you check form layout for that view

right click -> configure form layout -> select view name and check whether field is available on form
