End users are not able to see Additional Comments Field

End users are not able to the additional comments field. In form layout, additional comments field is selected.

so check by debugging ACL

Also check any client script or UI policy is hiding it for that view

Try to debug it via ACL debugger and check which ACL is restricting the access to the end-users.

Hi Pradeep,

currently, additional comments field is not visible on incident form.

Then how can I debug?
