Hi Community,
We need to setup from scratch (not aware of anything available using Integration Hub etc.) a process that will reset Entra MFA to allow colleagues to register a new device to handle MFA. Unfortunately, there is no OOB solution like the Okta User Lifecycle (REST) we currently have in place.
I have attempted a Flow/SubFlow/Action and also an attempt using Workflow/MID server script file/Custom Activity.
I have a PowerShell script to handle the reset, I just need to know how/where to place this in ServiceNow to actually work!
Does anyone know of any youtube videos or links to online documentation that I can use to get the solution up and running?
