Hi Everyone -
I have created a scripted rest api and provided it to our network admin to query our CMDB with a mac address and send a response back as valid CI or Invalid CI. When he tried to connect to ServiceNow via. the endpoint he's getting an error (Attached the screenshot). I tried using PostMan and the end point is working fine. Any pointers on if there is anything missing?
Thanks,

you tried from postman and it works means the connectivity and credentials are correct.
When the 3rd party team is consuming seems they are not able to reach to the endpoint and hence that error.
Did you check that?

Thanks for the info @Ankur Bawiskar . The network engineer that I was working with said that it might be an mTLS issue and that we would have to set it up on the ServiceNow side. Is there any documentation on how to do it?
Thanks,
SK
