Hi Rasheed,
Thankyou for sharing the links. I am having a requirement, where I need to pass the value of one variable(ETA: Calendar type) in RITM to the estimated delivery field on Service portal
Whatever the date is is entered in the ETA field, the same has to display on Estimated delivery field.
But I got to know , the estimated delivery field is fetching from request.
I am seeing this from where estimated delivery field is fed up with the data. Can you please tell what is meant by getLongestDueDate()?
If I want to pass the RITM ETA Variable data to estimated delivery field, How can I pass it? Is it possible only for specific catalog item?
